Our Journey

1995

The Beginning

NPE began its journey in April 1995 with a strong commitment to precision engineering and quality manufacturing. Started with a conventional lathe and drill tapping center.

2000

CNC Revolution

Took the first major technological step by investing in our first CNC machine, marking the transition from conventional machining to advanced CNC manufacturing.

2003

Modernization

Expanded capabilities by adding a Vertical Machining Center (VMC) with 4th axis capability, along with a Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).

2005

Productivity Boost

Significant upgrade with the installation of a VMC equipped with a Rotary Pallet Changer, enabling improved productivity and faster setup times.

Later Years

Capacity Expansion

Further strengthened manufacturing capacity by adding Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL) and additional VMC machines for complex and high-precision components.

Precision Partner

Continues to grow as a reliable precision machining partner for customers in the automotive, construction equipment, pump, and water supply sectors.

Manufacturing Capacity

Handling batch sizes and components from 0.25kg to 20kg. Precision-controlled repeatability for high-volume OEM requirements.

Infrastructure

5 VMC machines (4-axis), 2 VTL machines, and CNC turning centers. A fully integrated precision machining facility.

Quality Assurance

ISO 9001:2015 certified. Integrated metrology with Mitutoyo CMM and contour measurement systems.
